Hybrid BYOB Program

Build the bar you actually want — and keep more control over your budget.

Our Hybrid BYOB Program lets you choose your own beer, wine, spirits, signature cocktails, and favorite brands without being locked into a traditional venue bar package or paying inflated per-drink pricing.

$10 per guest

You provide the alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and specialty ingredients. We provide:

  • Ice

  • Glassware

  • Bar setup

  • Bar cleanup

Bartenders are $45/hour, per bartender with a 3-hour minimum. We generally recommend one bartender per 50 guests.

This setup gives you the flexibility to spend where it matters most — whether that means premium spirits, a signature cocktail, or simply keeping the bar affordable.

All alcohol must be served by an Events By Cibula bartender.

Leftover Alcohol: Unopened alcohol may leave with the client at the end of the event. Any opened alcohol must remain on the premises and cannot leave with guests.

Food & Catering

Create the menu you want without being tied to an expensive catering package.

Bring in your own food, order from a favorite restaurant, or work with any caterer you choose. We do not require preferred vendors, giving you more flexibility to choose options that fit your taste, event style, and budget.

Outside Food & Commercial Kitchen Access: $50/hour

The $50/hour fee applies whenever outside food is brought into the venue, whether or not the commercial kitchen is used.

The fee includes access to:

  • Commercial sinks

  • Refrigerator and freezer

  • Prep area

  • Food warming pads

Licensed professional caterers may also use the stove and ovens with proof of a valid catering license.

Elevate the Experience

Start with the basics and add only what you need. We can also provide optional upgrades including:

  • Chinaware

  • Linens

  • Servers

  • Additional staffing

  • Event setup enhancements

  • Other available rentals and add-ons

This gives you the freedom to keep things simple and budget-friendly or build a more polished, full-service experience without paying for extras you don’t need.
